Our internal investment philosophy is built on a platform of location and financial integrity. With each property development whether commercial or residential, we apply the same principals and fundamentals always maintaining a conservative but profitable investment model.

From raising initial institutional investment, through to a scalable business, SAMTAY has the capacity to create the right model for new and exciting companies.

 

We are seed stage Investors. Some of our early stage investments have been in software, insurance, realtec, home services and security. We have longstanding relationships in the finance, manufacturing and distribution sectors.
